Get Started With 4 Easy Steps:

Download the app
Upon signing up, you will receive a welcome email with a link and directions to access and download the app.
Step 2:
Personalize your coaching
Fill out your New Member form so that our coaches can get more information on your goals and your specific situation. This helps us make the coaching more personalized.

Learn the app
Go through the VBU orientation so that you can learn how to best utilize the app in order to get the most out of your membership. The Orientation also includes a Mindset Section for you to complete.

Get feedback
Start using the resources in the app, practice with our skill-specific drills, and utilize the messaging feature to send in videos for feedback and to communicate with your coach.
